摘 要
随着社会转型和家庭结构变化，儿童权益保护面临新挑战，社区作为儿童成长的重要环境，在儿童保护中具有不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨社区儿童保护机制中的社会工作实践模式与优化路径，基于社会生态系统理论视角，采用文献分析法、案例研究法和访谈法，选取典型社区进行深入剖析。通过对社区内不同主体间互动关系的考察，发现当前社区儿童保护存在资源整合不足、专业力量薄弱等问题。研究表明，社会工作者通过建立多部门协作网络，开展预防性教育活动，提供个性化干预服务等方式，有效弥补了传统保护体系的短板，创新之处在于强调了社会工作在微观层面介入儿童个体需求的同时，注重宏观层面构建支持性社区环境，促进儿童全面发展。

Abstract
With the social transformation and the change of family structure, the protection of children's rights and interests is facing new challenges. As an important environment for children's growth, the community plays an irreplaceable role in the protection of children. This study aims to explore the social work practice mode and optimization path in the community child protection mechanism. Based on the theoretical perspective of the social ecological system, the literature analysis method, case study method and interview method are used to select typical communities for in-depth analysis. Through the investigation of the interaction between different subjects in the community, it is found that there are some problems such as insufficient resource integration and weak professional strength. Studies show that social workers through the establishment of multi-sectoral collaboration network, preventive education activities, provide personalized intervention services, effectively make up for the traditional protection system, innovation is to emphasize the social work in the micro level in children individual needs at the same time, pay attention to the macro level to build supportive community environment, promote the all-round development of children.
