摘 要
随着我国社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加快，社区中残疾人群体的需求日益多样化与复杂化，传统的支持模式难以满足其全面发展的要求。本研究聚焦于社区残疾人支持体系中的社会工作实践，旨在探索构建一个更加完善、有效的支持体系，以提升残疾人的生活质量和社会融入度。通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果，明确现有理论框架；运用案例分析法选取具有代表性的社区进行深入剖析，了解实际运作情况；借助问卷调查法收集大量一手数据，掌握残疾人及其家庭的真实需求。研究表明，在社区残疾人支持体系中引入社会工作专业理念与方法能够显著改善服务效果，具体表现为：一是实现了从单一救助向综合服务转变，涵盖康复训练、就业指导、心理辅导等多方面内容；二是促进了多方力量协同合作，政府、社会组织、志愿者等共同参与形成合力；三是增强了残疾人自我效能感，帮助他们树立积极乐观的生活态度。

Abstract
With the development of China's social economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the needs of the disabled group in the community are increasingly diversified and complex, and the traditional support mode is difficult to meet the requirements of its comprehensive development. This study focuses on social work practices in the community support system for persons with disabilities, and aims to explore the construction of a more complete and effective support system to improve the quality of life and social integration of persons with disabilities. Review relevant research results at home and abroad, clarify the existing theoretical fr amework, select representative communities to understand the actual operation, and collect a large amount of primary data through questionnaire survey to grasp the real needs of the disabled and their families. The study shows that the introduction of social work professional concepts and methods into the disability support system in the community can significantly improve the service effect through the transformation from single assistance to comprehensive service, covering rehabilitation training, employment guidance and psychological counseling, promote the cooperation of the government, social organizations and volunteers, enhance the self-efficacy and help them establish a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.
