城市雨水资源化利用与初期雨水污染控制策略

  城市化进程加速导致雨水资源管理面临严峻挑战,传统排水模式难以满足可持续发展需求。本研究旨在探讨城市雨水资源化利用与初期雨水污染控制策略,以实现水资源高效循环和环境保护双重目标。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实地调研与案例分析,选取典型城市区域作为研究对象,运用水质监测、水文模拟及成本效益分析等方法,深入剖析了不同雨水管理措施的效果。研究发现,通过构建多功能绿色基础设施网络,如雨水花园、透水铺装、生态湿地等,能够有效削减径流总量,净化初期雨水污染物,显著改善城市水环境质量。创新性地提出了基于海绵城市建设理念的综合管理体系,将雨水资源化利用与污染防控有机融合,形成源头减排、过程控制、末端治理的全链条解决方案。

Abstract 
  The acceleration of urbanization leads to severe challenges in rainwater resource management, and the traditional drainage model is difficult to meet the needs of sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies of urban rainwater resource utilization and initial rainwater pollution in order to achieve the dual goals of efficient water resource circulation and environmental protection. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research and case analysis, typical urban areas were selected as the research ob jects, and the effects of different rainwater management measures were deeply analyzed by using water quality monitoring, hydrological simulation and cost-benefit analysis. Research found that through the construction of multi-functional green infrastructure network, such as rainwater garden, permeable pavement, ecological wetland, can effectively reduce the total runoff, purify the initial rainwater pollutants, and significantly improve the quality of urban water environment. It innovatively puts forward a comprehensive management system based on the concept of sponge city construction, organically integrates rainwater resource utilization with pollution prevention and control, and forms a whole chain solution of source emission reduction, process control and terminal treatment.
