  随着信息技术的发展和企业规模的不断扩大,传统财务管理模式面临诸多挑战,构建财务共享服务中心成为提升企业财务管理效率的有效途径。本研究旨在探讨财务共享服务中心的构建与运营效率问题,以期为企业提供理论指导与实践参考。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法以及访谈法等多方法综合运用,选取多家已建立财务共享服务中心的企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其构建过程中的关键要素,包括组织架构设计、流程优化、信息系统建设等方面,并对其运营效率进行评估。研究发现,成功的财务共享服务中心构建需注重顶层设计,确保战略一致性;流程标准化是提高效率的基础,而信息技术的应用则为效率提升提供了强大支撑。此外,人员素质与培训体系对运营效果有着重要影响。本研究创新性地构建了涵盖构建要素与运营效率影响因素的综合评价模型,不仅丰富了该领域的理论研究成果,还为企业在实际操作中提供了可借鉴的操作框架,有助于推动我国企业在财务管理领域向更加高效、规范的方向发展。

Abstract 
  With the development of information technology and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, traditional financial management models are facing numerous challenges. Establishing a financial shared service center (FSSC) has become an effective approach to enhancing corporate financial management efficiency. This study aims to explore the construction and operational efficiency of FSSCs, providing theoretical guidance and practical references for enterprises. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing multiple methods including case analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, this research selects several enterprises that have established FSSCs as subjects. It delves into key elements during the construction process, such as organizational structure design, process optimization, and information system development, while evaluating their operational efficiency. The findings indicate that successful FSSC construction requires emphasis on top-level design to ensure strategic consistency; standardization of processes serves as the foundation for improving efficiency, while the application of information technology provides strong support for efficiency enhancement. Moreover, personnel quality and training systems significantly impact operational effectiveness. Innovatively, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation model encompassing construction elements and factors influencing operational efficiency, not only enriching theoretical research in this field but also offering a replicable operational fr amework for enterprises. This contributes to promoting more efficient and standardized development in financial management for Chinese enterprises.
