摘 要
随着我国工业化进程的加速,燃煤锅炉排放的烟气污染问题日益严重,传统的除尘技术在处理效率、能耗和二次污染等方面逐渐暴露出不足。为解决这一问题,本研究聚焦于新型静电除尘技术在燃煤锅炉烟气净化中的应用,旨在提高除尘效率并降低运行成本。通过理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法,构建了基于脉冲电晕放电原理的新型静电除尘装置,并对其性能进行了系统测试。结果表明,该技术能够有效去除粒径小于1μm的细颗粒物,除尘效率可达99.5%以上,且具有较低的能耗和良好的稳定性。与传统静电除尘器相比,新型装置在高比电阻粉尘条件下表现出更优的适应性,解决了低效荷电和反电晕现象。

Abstract
With the acceleration of China's industrialization process, the problem of flue gas pollution emitted by coal-fired boilers is becoming more and more serious, and the traditional dust removal technology has gradually exposed the deficiencies in terms of treatment efficiency, energy consumption and secondary pollution. To solve this problem, this study focuses on the application of the new electrostatic dust removal technology in the flue gas purification of coal-fired boilers, aiming to improve the dust removal efficiency and reduce the operating cost. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research, a new electrostatic dust removal device based on the principle of pulse corona discharge is constructed, and its performance is tested systematically. The results show that the technology can effectively remove fine particles with particle size less than 1 μ m, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.5%, and has low energy consumption and good stability. Compared with the conventional electrostatic precipitator, the new device showed higher adaptability under high specific resistance dust conditions and solving the inefficient charge and reverse corona phenomena.
