摘 要
随着经济快速发展和劳动关系复杂化，劳动者权益保护成为构建和谐劳动关系的关键。本研究探讨劳动法下劳动者权益保护与实现路径，采用文献分析、案例研究等方法，梳理相关理论与实践成果。研究指出，我国劳动法在保障劳动者权益方面取得成效，但存在立法滞后、执法不严等问题。通过分析劳动争议案件，揭示劳动者面临的困境。提出应完善立法体系、强化执法监督、优化司法救济机制，构建全方位的劳动者权益保护体系。强调提升企业社会责任意识和劳动者维权能力，实现权益保护的有效衔接，为劳动法治建设提供支持。研究显示，建立健全法律保障体系并确保实施，才能最大化保护劳动者权益，促进经济社会发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and the complexity of labor relations, the protection of workers' rights and interests has become the key to building a harmonious labor relations. This study discusses the protection and realization path of workers' rights and interests under labor law, and uses literature analysis, case study and other methods to sort out the relevant theoretical and practical results. The study points out that China's labor law has achieved results in protecting the rights and interests of workers, but there are problems such as lagging legislation and lax law enforcement. Through the analysis of labor dispute cases, the difficulties faced by workers are revealed. It is proposed to improve the legislative system, strengthen the law enforcement supervision, optimize the judicial relief mechanism, and build a comprehensive protection system of workers' rights and interests. We emphasized the promotion of corporate social responsibility awareness and workers' ability to protect their rights, realize the effective connection between the protection of rights and interests, and provide support for the construction of labor rule of law. Research shows that establishing a improvement of the legal protection system and ensuring its implementation can maximize the protection of the rights and interests of workers and promote economic and social development.
