摘 要
信息技术和互联网的快速发展使网络隐私权问题备受关注。本研究探讨了网络隐私权的法律保护现状、挑战和改进方法。通过多种研究方法，分析了国内外的法律法规和司法实践，揭示了我国网络隐私权保护的立法滞后、执法不力和公众意识淡薄等问题。研究指出，完善网络隐私权保护需加快立法、明确权利界定、强化执法和提升公众意识。创新点在于提出构建以预防为主、救济为辅的多元化保护机制，强调技术手段的应用，并结合国外经验和我国国情提出建议，为我国网络隐私权法律保护提供理论和实践指导。

Abstract
The rapid development of information technology and the Internet makes the issue of network privacy right attract much attention. This study explores the legal protection status, challenges and improvements of network privacy rights. Through various research methods, the domestic and foreign laws and regulations and judicial practices are analyzed, which reveals the problems of lagging legislation, ineffective law enforcement and weak public awareness in China. The research points out that to improve the protection of online privacy rights, we should accelerate legislation, clarify the definition of rights, strengthen law enforcement and enhance public awareness. The innovation point lies in the construction of a diversified protection mechanism with prevention as the main task and relief as the supplement, emphasizing the application of technical means, and putting forward suggestions combined with foreign experience and China's national conditions, so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the legal protection of network privacy in China.
