摘 要
乡村振兴战略的实施为农村社区治理带来了新的机遇与挑战，农村社区网格化管理作为一种创新模式，在提升乡村治理效能方面具有重要意义。本研究基于乡村振兴背景，聚焦农村社区网格化管理，旨在探索其在优化乡村治理结构、提高公共服务水平等方面的机制与路径。通过文献分析、实地调研和案例研究相结合的方法，选取典型农村社区作为样本，深入剖析网格化管理模式的运行机制、组织架构及实际效果。研究表明，农村社区网格化管理能够有效整合资源，实现精细化管理，促进村民参与基层治理，增强乡村社会活力。创新性地提出“党建引领+网格化”的治理模式，将党的领导贯穿于网格化管理全过程，构建起横向到边、纵向到底的治理体系。该模式不仅提升了农村社区治理的科学性和规范性，还为其他地区提供了可借鉴的经验，对推动乡村振兴战略落地生根具有重要价值。此外，研究发现网格化管理有助于精准识别并解决村民需求，改善农村人居环境，促进乡风文明建设，为实现农业强、农村美、农民富的目标提供了有力支撑。
ABSTRACT
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities and challenges to the rural community governance. As an innovative mode, the grid management of rural communities is of great significance in improving the efficiency of rural governance. Based on the background of rural revitalization, this research focuses on the grid management of rural communities, and aims to explore the mechanism and path in optimizing the rural governance structure and improving the level of public services. Through the combination of literature analysis, field research and case study, typical rural communities are selected as samples to deeply analyze the operation mechanism, organizational structure and practical effect of the grid management model. Research shows that the grid management of rural communities can effectively integrate resources, realize fine management, promote villagers' participation in grass-roots governance, and enhance the vitality of rural society. It innovatively proposes the governance model of "Party building leading + grid", runs the leadership of the Party through the whole process of grid management, and builds a governance system from the horizontal to the edge and the vertical to the end. This model not only improves the scientific nature and standardization of rural community governance, but also provides reference experience for other regions, and is of great value in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In addition, the study found that grid management is helpful to accurately identify and solve the needs of villagers, improve the rural living environment, promote the construction of rural customs and civilization, and provide strong support for the goal of strong agriculture, beautiful rural areas and rich farmers.
