企业战略规划与组织结构调整的协同效应

摘    要
随着市场竞争环境日益复杂多变,企业战略规划与组织结构调整的协同成为提升企业竞争力的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨二者协同效应的内在机理及其对企业绩效的影响,基于资源基础理论和权变理论,构建了企业战略规划与组织结构调整协同对绩效影响的研究模型。采用问卷调查法获取276家制造企业的数据样本,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示,企业战略规划与组织结构调整的协同程度显著正向影响企业绩效,且这种影响在不同生命周期阶段的企业中存在差异,处于成长期和成熟期的企业协同效应更为明显。创新点在于将企业生命周期纳入考量,揭示了协同效应对不同发展阶段企业绩效的差异化影响机制,为企业根据自身发展阶段合理匹配战略规划与组织结构提供了理论依据。

Abstract 
With the increasingly complex and changeable market competition environment, the coordination between enterprise strategic planning and organizational structure adjustment has become the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to explore the internal mechanism of the synergistic effect and its influence on enterprise performance. Based on the resource base theory and weight change theory, a research model on the influence of enterprise strategic planning and organizational structure adjustment on performance. The questionnaire survey method was used to obtain data samples from 276 manufacturing enterprises, and the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis. The results show that the degree of coordination between enterprise strategic planning and organizational structure adjustment has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance, and this impact is different in enterprises in different life cycle stages, and the synergistic effect of enterprises in the growth period and maturity stage is more obvious. The innovation point is to take the life cycle of enterprises into consideration, reveal the differentiated influence mechanism of synergistic effect on enterprise performance in different development stages, and provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to reasonably match their strategic planning and organizational structure according to their own development stages.
