摘 要
随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速，社区养老服务需求日益增长，传统养老模式面临诸多挑战。研究发现，该模式有效整合了政府、社会组织、企业、家庭和个人等多方资源，形成了协同服务机制；借助智能技术实现了个性化服务定制与精准匹配，显著提高了服务效率和服务满意度。特别是“时间银行”志愿服务体系创新性地解决了人力资源可持续供给问题，为社区养老注入新活力。研究结果表明，新型社区养老服务模式不仅满足了老年人多样化的需求，还促进了代际互动和社会融合，为我国构建多层次养老服务体系提供了可复制、可推广的经验借鉴，对推动我国养老服务高质量发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the aging process in our country, the demand of community old-age service is increasing, and the traditional modes of old-age service face many challenges. It is found that this model effectively integrates the resources of government, social organizations, enterprises, families and individuals, forming a collaborative service mechanism; With the help of intelligent technology, personalized service customization and accurate matching are realized, which significantly improves service efficiency and service satisfaction. In particular, the "Time bank" voluntary service system innovatively solves the problem of sustainable supply of human resources and injects new vitality into community elderly care. The research results show that the new community elderly care service model not only meets the diversified needs of the elderly, but also promotes intergenerational interaction and social integration, provides a replicable and scalable experience for the construction of a multi-level elderly care service system in China, and has important practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services in China.
