新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗中的舒适护理干预效果分析
摘 要
通过选取接受蓝光治疗的黄疸新生儿，分组实施常规护理与舒适护理干预，对比两组新生儿的舒适度、治疗效果及家长满意度。研究采用随机对照试验设计，确保数据的科学性和可靠性。结果表明，实施舒适护理干预的患儿在治疗过程中的不适反应明显减少，治疗效果显著提升，同时家长对治疗的满意度也大幅提高。本研究创新性地引入舒适护理理念，强调在治疗过程中关注患儿的舒适度和心理需求，为提高新生儿黄疸蓝光治疗的质量和患儿家长的满意度提供了新的思路和方法。

Analysis of the effect of comfort care intervention in the treatment of neonatal jaundice
ABSTRACT
By selecting jaundice newborns treated with blue light, routine care and comfort care intervention were implemented in groups, and the comfort, treatment effect and parental satisfaction of the two groups of newborns were compared. The study used a randomized controlled trial design to ensure the scientific and reliable data. The results showed that the children with the comfort care intervention had significantly reduced the discomfort response, the treatment effect was significantly improved, and the parents' satisfaction with the treatment was also greatly improved. This study innovatively introduced the concept of comfortable care, emphasizing the attention to the comfort and psychological needs of children in the treatment process, and provided new ideas and methods for improving the quality of blue light treatment for neonatal jaundice and the satisfaction of parents of children.
