糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查与监测技术研究
摘 要
本研究针对糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查与监测技术进行了深入探讨。糖尿病视网膜病变作为糖尿病患者常见的微血管并发症,严重影响视力甚至致盲,因此其早期筛查与持续监测至关重要。本研究旨在开发一种高效、准确的筛查与监测方法,以便及时发现并控制病情进展。通过综合运用光学相干断层扫描技术、眼底照相及图像处理技术,我们建立了一套自动化分析系统。该系统能够快速识别视网膜病变特征,并提供病变程度的定量评估。实验结果显示,该系统在灵敏度和特异性方面均表现优异,能够有效辅助临床医生进行糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断和病程监测。

Research on the screening and monitoring techniques for diabetic retinopathy
ABSTRACT
This study explored the screening and monitoring techniques of diabetic retinopathy. As a common microvascular complication in diabetic patients, diabetic retinopathy seriously affects vision and even blindness, so its early screening and continuous monitoring are crucial. This study aims to develop an efficient and accurate screening and monitoring method for timely detection and control of disease progression. Through the combination of optical coherence tomography technology, fundus photography and image processing technology, we have established an automated analysis system. This system enables the rapid identification of retinopathy features and provides a quantitative assessment of the extent of the lesion. The experimental results showed that the system is excellent in both sensitivity and specificity, and can effectively assist clinicians in the early diagnosis and course monitoring of diabetic retinopathy.
