摘 要
本研究针对我国同性婚姻合法化的困境与出路进行了深入探讨。在当前社会背景下，同性婚姻合法化已成为全球关注的热点话题，而我国在此方面的法律空白引发了广泛争议。本研究旨在分析我国同性婚姻合法化的现状、面临的挑战以及可能的解决方案。通过文献综述、案例分析以及深度访谈等多种研究方法，我们发现，尽管社会对同性婚姻的接受度逐渐提高，但法律层面的认可仍面临传统观念、法律法规缺失以及社会舆论等多重困境。本研究创新性地提出了从法律、教育和社会支持三个层面出发，推动同性婚姻合法化的路径。研究结果显示，通过完善相关法律法规、提升公众对性别平等的认知、以及建立全方位的社会支持体系，可以有效促进同性婚姻的合法化进程。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the dilemma and outlet of same-sex marriage legalization in China. Under the current social background, the legalization of same-sex marriage has become a hot topic of global concern, and the legal gap in this respect in China has caused widespread disputes. The present study aims to analyze the current situation, challenges and possible solutions of the legalization of same-sex marriage in China. Through various research methods, such as literature review, case analysis and in-depth interview, we found that although the social acceptance of same-sex marriage is gradually improving, the recognition at the legal level still faces multiple difficulties such as traditional concepts, lack of laws and regulations and public opinion. This research innovatively puts forward the path of promoting the legalization of same-sex marriage from three aspects: law, education and social support. The results show that the legalization of same-sex marriage can be effectively promoted by improving relevant laws and regulations, raising public awareness of gender equality, and establishing a comprehensive social support system.

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the dilemma and outlet of same-sex marriage legalization in China.
