摘 要
本研究旨在探讨一般人格权的宪法保障与民法实施问题。在当前社会背景下，随着人们权利意识的提升，人格权的保护愈发受到重视。本研究采用文献分析法与案例研究法相结合的方式，深入剖析了宪法对一般人格权保障的理论基础，并结合民法实践，探讨了人格权在民事法律框架下的具体实施情况。研究发现，宪法作为国家的根本大法，为一般人格权提供了宏观的法律保障，而民法则在日常生活中为人们提供了具体的权利救济途径。本研究创新性地提出，应进一步加强宪法与民法在人格权保护方面的衔接，确保宪法权利在民事领域的有效落实。同时，本研究还强调了民法在细化、具体化宪法权利方面的重要作用，为完善我国人格权保护法律体系提供了理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the constitutional protection of the general personality right and the implementation of the civil law. Under the current social background, with the improvement of people's awareness of rights, the protection of personality rights has been paid more and more attention. This study uses the combination of literature analysis method and case study method to deeply analyze the theoretical basis of constitutional protection of general personality right, and discusses the specific implementation of personality right under the fr amework of civil law combined with the practice of civil law. It is found that the constitution, as the fundamental law of the country, provides a macro legal guarantee for the general personality right, while the civil law provides people with specific relief channels for rights in daily life. This study innovatively proposes that the connection between the Constitution and the civil law in the protection of personality rights should be further strengthened to ensure the effective implementation of constitutional rights in the civil field. At the same time, this study also emphasizes the important role of civil law in refining and concrete constitutional rights, and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the legal system of personality rights protection in China.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the constitutional protection of the general personality right and the implementation of the civil law. Under the current social background, with the improvement of people's awareness of rights, the protection of personality rights has been paid more and more attention.
