摘 要
在当前能源结构转型和可再生能源大规模并网的背景下,抽水蓄能技术以其独特的调峰填谷功能,对于稳定电网运行具有重要意义。然而,传统的抽水蓄能机组在泵工况启动时,往往面临启动电流大、对电网冲击强等问题。研究采用了理论分析与仿真实验相结合的方法。通过对双馈变速抽水蓄能机组的动力学模型进行深入研究,明确了机组在泵工况下的运行特性。在此基础上,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑的自启动控制策略,该策略能够根据机组实时运行状态动态调整启动参数,以降低启动电流,减少对电网的冲击。本研究提出的自启动控制策略为双馈变速抽水蓄能机组在泵工况下的优化运行提供了有效手段,对于提升抽水蓄能技术的运行效率和稳定性具有重要意义。

Abstract
Under the background of energy structure transformation and large-scale grid-connection of renewable energy, pumped storage technology is of great significance to stabilize power grid operation with its unique function of peak load and valley filling. However, the traditional pumped storage unit often faces the problems of high starting current and strong impact on the power grid when starting up under pump condition. The method of combining theoretical analysis with simulation experiment is adopted in this study. Firstly, the dynamic model of doubly-fed variable speed pumped storage unit is studied deeply, and the operation characteristics of the unit under pump condition are defined. On this basis, a self-starting control strategy based on fuzzy logic is proposed, which can dynamically adjust the starting parameters according to the real-time operating state of the unit to reduce the starting current and reduce the impact on the power grid. The self-starting control strategy proposed in this study provides an effective means to optimize the operation of doubledfed variable speed pumped storage unit under pump conditions, and is of great significance to improve the operation efficiency and stability of pumped storage technology.
