摘 要
在精准医疗的快速发展背景下,基因测序技术的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在探讨当前基因测序技术在精准医疗领域的应用现状,并分析其创新点与主要贡献。通过文献综述和案例分析,我们系统地评价了基因测序技术在疾病预防、诊断和治疗中的实际作用。研究结果显示,基因测序技术已广泛应用于遗传病筛查、肿瘤基因组学、药物基因组学以及个体化治疗策略制定等方面。特别是在肿瘤诊疗中,通过基因测序可以精确识别驱动基因突变,为患者提供个性化的靶向治疗。此外,新一代测序技术还推动了宏基因组学在感染性疾病诊断中的应用,实现了对病原体的快速准确检测。本研究不仅揭示了基因测序技术在提升医疗服务质量和效率方面的重要作用,而且指出了该技术在未来精准医疗发展中的巨大潜力。通过本研究,我们期望为相关领域的研究者和从业者提供有价值的参考,共同推动精准医疗的深入发展。

Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of precision medicine, gene sequencing technology is increasingly widely used. This study aims to explore the current application status of gene sequencing technology in the field of precision medicine, and to analyze its innovation points and major contributions. Through a literature review and case analysis, we systematically evaluated the practical role of gene sequencing technology in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The results show that gene sequencing technology has been widely used in genetic disease screening, tumor genomics, pharmacogenomics, and the development of individualized treatment strategies. Especially in tumor diagnosis and treatment, driver gene mutations can be accurately identified through gene sequencing to provide personalized targeted therapy for patients. In addition, the next-generation sequencing technology has also promoted the application of me tagenomics in the diagnosis of infectious diseases, enabling the rapid and accurate detection of pathogens. This study not only reveals the important role of gene sequencing technology in improving the quality and efficiency of medical services, but also points out the great potential of this technology in the future development of precision medicine. Through this study, we expect to provide valuable reference for researchers and practitioners in related fields, and jointly promote the in-depth development of precision medicine.
