摘 要
本研究旨在探讨企业面临困境时采取的债务重组策略及其效果。在当前复杂多变的经济环境下，许多企业因经营不善或市场环境变化而陷入财务困境，债务重组成为其摆脱困境的重要手段。本研究采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，通过对多家实施债务重组的企业进行深入调研和数据分析，系统评估了不同重组策略的实际效果。研究发现，有效的债务重组能够显著改善企业的财务状况，降低财务风险，并提升企业的市场竞争力。其中，资产出售、债转股和债务减免等策略在不同程度上缓解了企业的偿债压力，优化了资本结构。本研究还创新性地提出了一套评估债务重组效果的指标体系，为企业决策提供了科学依据。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the debt restructuring strategy and its effects. In the current complex and changeable economic environment, many enterprises are falling into financial difficulties due to poor management or changes in the market environment, and debt restructuring has become an important means for them to get out of the difficulties. This study uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods to systematically evaluate the practical effects of different restructuring strategies through in-depth research and data analysis of many enterprises implementing debt restructuring. The study found that effective debt restructuring can significantly improve the financial situation of enterprises, reduce financial risks, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Among them, the strategies such as asset sale, debt-for-equity swaps and debt relief have eased the debt repayment pressure of enterprises and optimized the capital structure to varying degrees. This study also innovatively proposed a set of index system to evaluate the effect of debt restructuring, which provides a scientific basis for enterprise decision-making.
