摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨债务重组对企业财务结构的长远影响。在复杂多变的经济环境下，企业常面临财务困境，债务重组成为一种重要的解决策略。本研究采用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法，选取多家经历债务重组的上市公司作为样本，通过对其财务数据进行长期追踪，系统分析了债务重组后企业财务结构的变化趋势。研究结果显示，债务重组不仅能够有效缓解企业的短期财务压力，更能在长远上优化企业的财务结构，降低财务风险。创新点在于，本研究不仅关注了债务重组的即时效应，更着眼于其对企业未来财务健康的深远影响。主要贡献在于揭示了债务重组对于改善企业财务状况、提升企业竞争力和市场价值的重要作用，为企业决策者提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the long-term impact of debt restructuring on corporate financial structure. In the complex and changeable economic environment, enterprises often face financial difficulties, and debt restructuring has become an important solution strategy. This study adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and case study, selects many listed companies experiencing debt restructuring as samples, and through the long-term tracking of their financial data, systematically analyzes the change trend of corporate financial structure after debt restructuring. The research results show that the debt restructuring can not only effectively relieve the short-term financial pressure of enterprises, but also optimize the financial structure of enterprises and reduce the financial risks in the long term. The innovation is that this study is not only focused on the immediate effects of debt restructuring, but also focused on its far-reaching impact on the future financial health of enterprises. The main contribution is to reveal the important role of debt restructuring in improving the financial situation of enterprises, enhancing their competitiveness and market value, and to provide a useful reference for enterprise decision-makers.

Abstract
This study aims to explore the long-term impact of debt restructuring on corporate financial structure. In the complex and changeable economic environment, enterprises often face financial difficulties, and debt restructuring has become an important solution strategy.
