随着电力系统的不断发展和电力电子设备的广泛应用,电能质量问题日益凸显,对电力系统的安全、稳定和经济运行造成了严重影响。本文首先介绍了研究背景与意义,强调了电能质量评估与改善的重要性,并回顾了国内外的研究现状,分析了现有研究的不足之处。接着,本文详细阐述了电能质量的定义与分类,介绍了电能质量评估的标准和方法,并对电能质量监测技术进行了概述。在此基础上,本文对电力系统中的电能质量现状进行了深入分析,探讨了电能质量问题的成因及其对电力系统和用户的影响。针对电力系统中存在的电压偏差、频率偏差、谐波以及其他电能质量问题,本文提出了相应的改善措施。在技术层面,采用先进电力电子设备进行电能质量控制、优化电力系统运行方式与设备配置是关键;在管理层面,加强电能质量监测与管理、制定与实施电能质量改善计划至关重要;在政策法规层面,完善电能质量标准与法规、促进电能质量改善技术的研发与应用是保障;在用户侧,提高用户对电能质量的认知与需求、引导用户采用电能质量改善设备与技术同样不可或缺。最后,本文总结了研究成果,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract

With the continuous development of power system and the wide application of power electronic equipment, the power quality problem has become increasingly prominent, which has seriously affected the safety, stability and economic operation of power system. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, emphasizes the importance of power quality assessment and improvement, and reviews the research status at home and abroad, and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research. Then, this paper elaborates the definition and classification of power quality, introduces the standards and methods of power quality evaluation, and summarizes the power quality monitoring technology. On the basis of this, the present situation of power quality in power system is deeply analyzed, and the cause of power quality problem and its influence on power system and users are discussed. In view of voltage deviation, frequency deviation, harmonics and other power quality problems existing in power system, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in this paper. At the technical level, it is the key to use advanced power electronic equipment to control power quality and optimize power system operation mode and equipment configuration. At the management level, it is very important to strengthen power quality monitoring and management, and to formulate and implement power quality improvement plan. At the level of policies and regulations, improving power quality standards and regulations and promoting the research and development and application of power quality improvement technology is the guarantee; On the user side, it is also indispensable to improve the user's cognition and demand for power quality and guide the user to adopt power quality improvement equipment and technology. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results and looks forward to the future research direction.
