本研究针对当前污水处理过程中自动化控制的需求,开展了基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的污水处理自动控制系统研究。随着环境保护意识的日益增强,污水处理技术的自动化和智能化成为行业发展的重要方向。本研究旨在通过PLC技术提升污水处理的效率和稳定性,同时降低运行成本。为实现这一目标,我们设计了一套基于PLC的自动控制系统,该系统能够实时监控污水处理流程中的关键参数,如水位、流量、溶解氧等,并根据这些参数自动调节处理设备,确保处理效果达到环保标准。在研究方法上,我们结合了自动控制理论、PLC编程技术和传感器技术,构建了一个闭环控制系统。该系统在实际运行中表现出了良好的稳定性和控制精度,有效提高了污水处理的自动化水平。实验结果表明,基于PLC的自动控制系统能够显著提升污水处理效率,同时减少能耗和化学药剂的使用量,对环境保护具有积极意义。本研究的创新点在于将PLC技术与污水处理工艺紧密结合,实现了对处理过程的精确控制,提高了系统的智能化水平。主要贡献在于为污水处理行业提供了一种高效、环保且经济的自动化解决方案,为推动该行业的可持续发展做出了积极贡献。

Abstract

This study addresses the current demand for automation control in the wastewater treatment process by conducting research on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)-based automatic control system for sewage treatment. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the automation and intelligence of sewage treatment technology have become important directions for the development of the industry. The aim of this study is to enhance the efficiency and stability of sewage treatment through PLC technology while reducing operating costs. To achieve this goal, we have designed a PLC-based automatic control system that can monitor key parameters in real-time during the sewage treatment process, such as water level, flow rate, and dissolved oxygen. Based on these parameters, the system automatically adjusts the treatment equipment to ensure that the treatment effect meets environmental standards. By combining automatic control theory, PLC programming technology, and sensor technology, we have constructed a closed-loop control system. This system has demonstrated excellent stability and control accuracy in practical operation, effectively improving the automation level of sewage treatment. Experimental results indicate that the PLC-based automatic control system significantly enhances sewage treatment efficiency while reducing energy consumption and the use of chemical agents, thereby positively impacting environmental protection. The innovation of this study lies in the tight integration of PLC technology with the sewage treatment process, enabling precise control of the treatment process and enhancing the system's intelligence level. The main contribution is providing an efficient, environmentally friendly, and economical automation solution for the sewage treatment industry, making a positive contribution to promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
