Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the impact of incentive mechanism design on employee performance. Through empirical research methods, we deeply analyzed the role of different incentive mechanisms on employees' work efficiency, work attitude and overall performance. The study used a combination of questionnaire survey and field interview to collect data from a large number of front-line employees, and conducted a comprehensive evaluation based on the actual operation situation of the enterprise. The results show that a reasonable incentive mechanism can significantly improve the work enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees, and then improve their work performance. Among them, non-material incentives such as promotion opportunities, training and development space have a particularly significant positive impact on employee performance. In addition, the study also found that the design of the incentive mechanism should be combined with many factors such as corporate culture, employee personal needs and market environment to achieve the best results. This study not only provides the theoretical basis for the management of the incentive mechanism design, but also verifies the positive role of the incentive mechanism in improving employee performance through empirical analysis, and provides a useful reference for the human resource management of enterprises.
