摘 要
本研究旨在深入探讨职业发展规划与员工职业成长路径的内在联系。通过综合运用文献分析、案例研究和问卷调查等多种研究方法,我们对不同行业、不同规模企业的员工进行了广泛而深入的调研。研究发现,有效的职业发展规划能够显著提升员工的职业满意度和工作绩效,进而促进其职业成长。具体而言,明确的职业目标、合理的职业路径设计以及持续的职业能力提升是员工实现职业成长的关键因素。此外,本研究还创新性地提出了“个性化职业发展支持系统”的构建思路,该系统旨在根据员工的个人特质和职业发展需求,提供定制化的职业规划和成长支持。研究结果表明,这一系统对于优化员工职业成长环境、提升企业人力资源管理效能具有显著的正向影响。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the internal connection between career development planning and employee career growth paths. Through the comprehensive use of literature analysis, case study and questionnaire survey and other research methods, we have conducted extensive and in-depth research on the employees of different industries and enterprises of different sizes. It is found that effective career development planning can significantly improve employees' career satisfaction and job performance, and thus promote their career growth. Specifically speaking, clear career goals, reasonable career path design and continuous career ability improvement are the key factors for employees to achieve career growth. In addition, this study also innovatively proposes the construction idea of "personalized career development support system", which aims to provide customized career planning and growth support according to employees' personal characteristics and career development needs. The results show that this system has a significant positive impact on optimizing the career growth environment and improving the efficiency of enterprise human resource management.
