摘 要
本研究旨在探讨纳米药物对耐药性肿瘤的逆转作用。随着肿瘤耐药性的日益严重,传统化疗药物疗效受限,纳米药物因其独特的药代动力学特性和靶向能力备受关注。本研究采用纳米药物对耐药性肿瘤细胞进行处理,并通过细胞实验和动物模型验证其逆转耐药性的效果。实验结果显示,纳米药物能够显著提高耐药性肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,并诱导其凋亡。此外,纳米药物还能增强机体免疫力,降低毒副作用。本研究创新性地利用纳米技术改善耐药性肿瘤的治疗效果,为临床肿瘤治疗提供了新的策略。主要贡献在于揭示了纳米药物在逆转肿瘤耐药性方面的潜力,为未来的药物研发和临床治疗提供了重要参考。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the reversal effect of nanomedicine on drug-resistant tumors. As tumor drug resistance becomes increasingly problematic, limiting the efficacy of traditional chemotherapy drugs, nanomedicine has garnered significant attention due to its unique pharmacokinetic properties and targeting capabilities. In this research, nanomedicine was employed to treat drug-resistant tumor cells, and its efficacy in reversing drug resistance was verified through cellular experiments and animal models. The experimental results demonstrate that nanomedicine can significantly increase the sensitivity of drug-resistant tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs, inhibit tumor cell proliferation, and induce apoptosis. Additionally, nanomedicine enhances the body's immune response and reduces toxic side effects. This study innovatively utilizes nanotechnology to improve the treatment outcome of drug-resistant tumors, offering a new strategy for clinical oncology treatment. The primary contribution lies in uncovering the potential of nanomedicine in reversing tumor drug resistance, providing a valuable reference for future drug development and clinical therapies.
