摘 要
本研究旨在探讨降血压药硝苯地平的安全使用与合理用药教育。随着高血压患者的增多，硝苯地平作为常用降压药，其安全使用问题日益受到关注。本研究通过文献综述、问卷调查及专家访谈等方法，系统分析了硝苯地平的药理作用、不良反应及合理用药策略。结果显示，硝苯地平在降压治疗中效果显著，但不当使用可能引发一系列副作用。因此，我们提出了一套系统的合理用药教育方案，并通过实验验证其有效性。该方案能显著提高患者对硝苯地平的认知水平，降低用药风险。本研究不仅为硝苯地平的安全使用提供了理论依据，还为临床合理用药教育提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the safe use and rational drug use education of the antihypertensive drug nifedipine. With the increasing number of hypertensive patients, the safe use of nifedipine, a commonly used antihypertensive drug, has attracted increasing attention. Through literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, and other methods, this study systematically analyzes the pharmacological effects, adverse reactions, and rational drug use strategies of nifedipine. The results indicate that nifedipine has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertension, but improper use may cause a series of side effects. Therefore, we propose a systematic rational drug use education program and verify its effectiveness through experiments. This program can significantly improve patients' cognition of nifedipine and reduce medication risks. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the safe use of nifedipine but also offers new ideas and methods for clinical rational drug use education.
