摘 要
随着互联网技术的快速发展，大学生心理健康教育管理面临新的机遇与挑战。本研究旨在探讨互联网背景下大学生心理健康教育管理的现状、问题及优化策略，以提升高校心理健康教育的实效性。研究采用问卷调查法、深度访谈法和案例分析法，对全国15所高校的1200名大学生和50名心理健康教育工作者进行调研。研究发现，当前大学生心理健康教育存在网络资源利用率低、线上服务专业性不足、师生互动模式单一等问题。针对这些问题，本研究提出构建"互联网+心理教育"的立体化服务体系，包括开发智能化心理测评系统、建立线上线下融合的心理咨询平台、创新网络朋辈互助机制等创新举措。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, college students' mental health education management faces new opportunities and challenges. This study aims to explore the current situation, problems and optimization strategies of college students' mental health education management under the background of Internet, to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in universities. Questionnaire survey method, in-depth interview method and case analysis method were used to survey 1,200 college students and 50 mental health educators from 15 colleges and universities nationwide. It is found that the current mental health education of college students has problems such as low utilization rate of network resources, lack of professional online services, and single interaction mode between teachers and students. In view of these problems, this research proposes to build a three-dimensional service system of "Internet + psychological education", including the development of intelligent psychological evaluation system, the establishment of online and offline psychological consultation platform, the innovation of network peer mutual assistance mechanism and other innovative measures.
