数字化转型背景下企业组织变革的路径研究

在数字经济快速发展的背景下,企业数字化转型已成为提升竞争力的关键路径。本研究聚焦于数字化转型过程中企业组织变革的实施路径,旨在探索传统企业向数字化组织转型的有效模式。研究采用多案例研究方法,选取制造业、服务业和金融业三个领域的典型企业进行深入分析,通过实地调研、深度访谈和文献分析相结合的方式收集数据。研究发现,企业数字化转型呈现出"技术驱动-流程重构-组织重塑"的三阶段演进特征,其中组织架构扁平化、决策机制敏捷化和人才结构复合化是核心变革方向。研究创新性地提出了"双轮驱动"转型模型,强调技术创新与组织变革的协同演进,并构建了包含战略规划、文化重塑和能力建设在内的系统性实施框架。

Abstract 
In the context of the rapid development of digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises has become a key path to enhance their competitiveness. This study focuses on the implementation path of the enterprise organizational change in the process of digital transformation, and aims to explore the effective mode of the transformation of the traditional enterprises to the digital organization. The research adopts multi-case study method, selects typical enterprises in manufacturing industry, service industry and financial industry for in-depth analysis, and collects data through the combination of field research, in-depth interviews and literature analysis. It is found that the digital transformation of enterprises presents the three-stage evolution characteristics of "technology-driven-process reconstruction-organization reconstruction", among which the flat organizational structure, the agile decision-making mechanism and the combination of talent structure are the core reform direction. The research innovatively puts forward the transformation model of "two-wheel drive", emphasizing the collaborative evolution of technological innovation and organizational change, and constructing a systematic implementation fr amework including strategic planning, cultural remodeling and capacity building.
