摘 要
随着数字技术的快速发展,企业数字化转型已成为提升竞争力的关键路径。本研究聚焦于数字化转型背景下员工培训与发展策略的优化问题,旨在探索适应数字化变革的人才培养模式。研究采用混合研究方法,通过文献分析、问卷调查和深度访谈,对15家已完成数字化转型的企业进行实证研究。研究发现,传统培训模式在数字化转型中存在适应性不足、技能更新滞后等问题,而基于数字技术的个性化学习平台和敏捷培训体系能显著提升培训效果。研究提出"双轨制"培训框架,将技术能力培养与数字化思维塑造相结合,并构建了包含数据素养、系统思维和创新能力的核心能力模型。

Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology, the digital transformation of enterprises has become a key path to enhance their competitiveness. This study focuses on the optimization of staff training and development strategies in the context of digital transformation, and aims to explore the talent training model adapted to the digital transformation. Mixed research methods were used to conduct empirical research on 15 enterprises that have completed digital transformation through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. It is found that the traditional training model has some problems in the digital transformation, such as insufficient adaptability and lagging skill update, while the personalized learning platform and agile training system based on digital technology can significantly improve the training effect. The training fr amework of "dual-track system" is put forward, combining the cultivation of technical ability with digital thinking shaping, and constructing a core ability model including data literacy, system thinking and innovation ability.
