企业文化建设与知识型员工激励的融合策略探讨

摘    要
在知识经济时代,企业文化建设与知识型员工激励的协同效应日益凸显。本研究聚焦于企业文化与知识型员工激励机制的融合策略,旨在探索提升组织效能的有效路径。研究采用混合研究方法,通过文献分析、问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方式,对15家高新技术企业的文化建设和员工激励现状进行实证调查。研究发现,创新型企业文化能够显著提升知识型员工的工作投入度,其中价值观认同、创新氛围和组织支持感是影响激励效果的关键因素。基于此,本文提出了"文化-激励"双轮驱动模型,强调通过文化引导强化内在动机、制度保障激发外在动力的协同作用机制。研究创新性地构建了企业文化与知识型员工激励的整合框架,揭示了二者之间的互动关系和作用机理。

Abstract 
In the era of knowledge economy, the synergistic effect of enterprise culture construction and knowledge-based employee incentive is increasingly prominent. This study focuses on the integration strategy of corporate culture and knowledge employee incentive mechanism, aiming to explore effective ways to improve organizational efficiency. Mixed research methods were used to investigate the cultural construction and employee incentive status of 15 high-tech enterprises by combining literature analysis, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. It is found that innovative corporate culture can significantly improve the work input of knowledge-based employees, among which value identity, innovative atmosphere and organizational support are the key factors affecting the incentive effect. Based on this, this paper puts forward the "culture-incentive" two-wheel drive model, which emphasizes the synergistic mechanism of strengthening internal motivation through cultural guidance and stimulating external motivation through institutional guarantee. The research innovatively constructed the integration fr amework of corporate culture and knowledge employee incentive, and revealed the interactive relationship and action mechanism between the two.
