本研究聚焦于幼儿良好行为习惯的养成策略,旨在探索有效的教育干预方法以促进幼儿早期社会性发展。研究基于生态系统理论和社会学习理论,采用混合研究方法,包括问卷调查、观察记录和行动研究,对3-6岁幼儿的行为习惯现状及其影响因素进行系统分析。研究发现,家庭教养方式、幼儿园环境创设及教师指导策略是影响幼儿行为习惯养成的关键因素。在此基础上,本研究创新性地提出了"三位一体"协同培养模式,强调家庭、幼儿园和社区的多方联动,通过情境模拟、榜样示范和正向强化等具体策略,有效促进了幼儿自我管理能力的提升。实证研究表明,实施该模式后,实验组幼儿在生活习惯、社交礼仪和学习态度等方面均有显著改善。本研究的理论贡献在于构建了具有可操作性的行为习惯培养框架,实践意义则体现在为幼儿教育工作者提供了系统的指导方案。研究结果对完善学前教育质量评价体系具有重要参考价值,同时也为相关政策制定提供了实证依据。

Research on the strategy of developing children's good behavior habits 
Abstract
This study focuses on the strategies to develop good behavioral habits in young children and aims to explore effective educational intervention methods to promote early social development in early childhood. Based on ecosystem theory and social learning theory, the current situation of behavior habits and their influencing factors, including questionnaires, observation records and action research. It is found that family education style, kindergarten environment creation and teacher guidance strategy are the key factors affecting the formation of children's behavior habits. On this basis, this research innovatively puts forward the "trinity" collaborative training mode, emphasizing the multi-party linkage between family, kindergarten and community, and effectively promoting the improvement of children's self-management ability through specific strategies such as situation simulation, example demonstration and positive enhancement. Empirical research showed that after the implementation of this model, the children in the experimental group had a significant improvement in living habits, social etiquette and learning attitude. The theoretical contribution of this study lies in the construction of an operable fr amework for cultivating behavior habits, and the practical significance is reflected in providing systematic guidance programs for early childhood educators. The research results have important reference value for improving the quality evaluation system of preschool education, and also provide an empirical basis for relevant policy formulation.
