Abstract 
With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, smart home, as an important trend of future life, is gradually moving from concept to reality. Intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC (programmable logic controller), with its high reliability, strong anti-interference and flexible programming ability, has become an important technology choice for building smart home system. This paper aims to discuss the design and implementation of intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC, and analyze its advantages in improving home life convenience, intelligence level and energy management efficiency. This paper summarizes the basic concepts and functional requirements of intelligent home electrical control system. Smart home system through the integration of various types of sensors, actuators and intelligent control equipment, to achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent regulation of the home environment, including lighting, security, environmental control, home appliance management and other aspects. As the core of the control system, PLC is responsible for receiving data from the sensor, processing according to the preset logic, and issuing control instructions to the actuator to realize the automatic control of home equipment. This paper elaborates the design idea and realization method of intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC. In the design process, according to the specific needs of the home environment, determine the type and configuration of the PLC, as well as the required peripheral equipment. In the system architecture, the layered and distributed structure is adopted to separate the control layer, communication layer and application layer to improve the scalability and maintainability of the system. In the programming, the use of PLC ladder diagram, function block diagram and other programming languages, write control logic, to achieve intelligent control of home equipment. This paper also discusses the application of intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC in energy management. By integrating energy metering sensors and intelligent analysis algorithms, the system can monitor the energy consumption of household equipment in real time, and automatically adjust the operating status of equipment according to user habits and external environment, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. This paper summarizes the advantages and prospects of intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC. The system not only improves the convenience and intelligence level of home life, but also promotes the rational use of energy and environmental protection. With the continuous progress of technology and the reduction of cost, the intelligent home electrical control system based on PLC is expected to be applied and promoted in a wider range of fields.
