中小型企业数字化转型面临的数据安全问题与对策
摘 要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，数字化转型已成为中小型企业提升竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键途径。然而，在享受数字化转型带来的效率提升与业务创新的同时，中小型企业也面临着前所未有的数据安全挑战。数据泄露、非法访问、供应链风险等问题频发，不仅威胁到企业的核心资产安全，还可能引发法律合规问题，损害企业信誉，甚至阻碍业务创新与发展。本文以中小型企业数字化转型为背景，聚焦于数字化转型过程中面临的数据安全问题，通过系统梳理数字化转型理论与数据安全理论，结合中小企业特性分析，深入探讨了数据安全在数字化转型中的重要作用。研究指出，中小型企业在数字化转型过程中普遍存在数据安全意识薄弱、技术防护能力不足、数据管理制度缺失及第三方合作风险等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了强化数据安全意识与能力、提升技术防护水平、完善数据管理制度及加强第三方合作风险管理等对策。这些对策旨在帮助中小型企业构建全面的数据安全防护体系，确保数字化转型的顺利进行，为企业长期稳定发展提供有力保障。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key way for small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. However, while enjoying the efficiency improvement and business innovation brought about by the digital transformation, small and medium-sized enterprises are also facing unprecedented data security challenges. Frequent problems, such as data leakage, illegal access, and supply chain risks, not only threaten the safety of the core assets of enterprises, but also may cause legal compliance issues, damage the reputation of enterprises, and even hinder business innovation and development. Taking the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises as the background, this paper focuses on the data security problems faced in the process of digital transformation. By systematically combing the digital transformation theory and data security theory, combined with the analysis of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper deeply discusses the important role of data security in the digital transformation. The research points out that in the process of digital transformation, small and medium-sized enterprises generally have problems such as weak data security awareness, insufficient technical protection ability, lack of data management system and third-party cooperation risks. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the awareness and ability of data security, improving the level of technical protection, improving the data management system and strengthening the risk management of third-party cooperation. These countermeasures aim to help small and medium-sized enterprises to build a comprehensive data security protection system, ensure the smooth progress of digital transformation, and provide a strong guarantee for the long-term and stable development of enterprises.
