企业对投资项目的风险管控及对策分析
摘 要
本文旨在探讨企业对投资项目风险管控的理论基础、重要性、现存问题及应对策略。首先，从风险管理基础理论出发，阐述了风险的定义与分类、风险管理的过程与原则，以及投资项目风险识别、评估与量化的方法。接着，分析了投资项目风险管控对于保障企业投资安全、提升投资决策质量及促进企业可持续发展的重要性。随后，针对当前企业在投资项目风险管控中存在的风险识别不全面、风险评估不准确、风险应对机制不完善及风险监控与反馈不足等问题，提出了加强风险识别能力、提升风险评估准确性、完善风险应对机制及强化风险监控与反馈等具体对策。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the theoretical basis, importance, existing problems and coping strategies of the risk control of investment projects. Firstly, starting from the basic theory of risk management, this paper expounds the definition and classification of risk, the process and principles of risk management, as well as the methods of risk identification, evaluation and quantification of investment projects. Then, the importance of risk control of investment projects for ensuring the safety of investment, improving the quality of investment decision and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. Then, in view of the current enterprise in the investment project risk control risk identification is not comprehensive, inaccurate risk assessment, risk response mechanism and risk monitoring and feedback, put forward to strengthen the risk identification ability, improve the accuracy of risk assessment, improve the risk response mechanism and strengthen risk monitoring and feedback specific countermeasures.

Abstract
