摘 要
本研究深入探讨了共享经济模式下企业管理创新的需求、关键要素、面临的挑战及相应对策。共享经济模式以其独特的定义和特点,如资源共享、平台化运营等,为企业发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。在企业管理创新方面,共享经济模式要求企业调整组织结构、创新人力资源管理,并重塑企业文化以适应新模式,提升竞争力。研究指出,企业管理创新的关键要素包括组织结构的灵活性调整、人力资源的创新管理以及企业文化的积极重塑。这些要素相互关联,共同推动企业在共享经济模式下的创新发展。然而,企业管理创新也面临着资源整合与配置、信任与诚信、法律与监管、技术与管理融合等多重挑战。为应对这些挑战,研究提出了建立资源优化机制、加强信用体系建设、灵活应对法律与监管以及技术与管理双轮驱动的对策。这些对策旨在帮助企业克服挑战,实现管理创新,从而在共享经济模式下取得竞争优势。本研究通过深入分析共享经济模式下企业管理创新的需求、关键要素、挑战及对策,旨在为企业在共享经济时代下的创新发展提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the needs, key elements, challenges and corresponding countermeasures of enterprise management innovation under the sharing economy model. With its unique definition and characteristics, such as resource sharing and platform operation, the sharing economy model has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of enterprises. In terms of enterprise management innovation, the sharing economy model requires enterprises to adjust their organizational structure, innovate their human resource management, and reshape their corporate culture to adapt to the new model and enhance their competitiveness. The research points out that the key elements of enterprise management innovation include the flexibility adjustment of organizational structure, the innovation management of human resources and the positive remodeling of corporate culture. These elements are interrelated and jointly promote the innovative development of enterprises under the model of sharing economy. However, enterprise management innovation is also faced with multiple challenges, such as resource integration and allocation, trust and integrity, law and supervision, and technology and management integration. In order to cope with these challenges, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing resource optimization mechanism, strengthening the construction of credit system, flexibly responding to law and supervision, and technology and management. These countermeasures are designed to help companies overcome challenges and achieve management innovation to gain a competitive advantage in the sharing economy model. Through in-depth analysis of the needs, key elements, challenges and countermeasures of enterprise management innovation under the sharing economy mode, this study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovative development of enterprises in the era of sharing economy.
