Abstract 
As an important carrier of modern commercial activities, online trading platform provides consumers with convenient and diverse shopping experience. However, with the rapid development of online transactions, the protection of consumer rights and interests has become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the core issues of consumer rights protection in the network trading platform, carries on the in-depth analysis, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. On the online trading platform, the main problems facing the protection of consumer rights and interests include: commodity information is not transparent, which makes it difficult for consumers to distinguish the authenticity; There are risks in the transaction process, such as payment security, logistics problems, etc. After-sales service is not in place, and consumer rights protection is difficult. The existence of these problems has seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and affected the healthy development of the online trading market. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: First, strengthen the supervision of online trading platforms, improve relevant laws and regulations, clarify the responsibilities and obligations of platforms, and standardize the operating behaviors of platforms. Secondly, improve the technical level of the platform, strengthen information security, and prevent risks such as network fraud. At the same time, the transaction process is optimized to improve the convenience and security of payment and logistics. In addition, establish and improve the consumer rights protection mechanism, provide convenient complaint channels and effective dispute resolution methods, and reduce the cost of consumer rights protection. In order to further improve the level of protection of consumer rights and interests of online trading platforms, industry self-discipline and social supervision should also be strengthened.
