Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems in the legal risk prevention of real estate and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the real estate market. Real estate legal risk prevention is mainly faced with the following problems: first, the legal and regulatory system is not perfect, and some legal provisions have lag and ambiguity, resulting in the application of law is difficult; Second, the legal consciousness of the market subject is weak, and the awareness of legal risk and prevention is insufficient; Third, the supervision mechanism is not sound, and the supervision is not enough, which allows some illegal behaviors to breed.
