摘 要
本研究致力于深入剖析企业战略管理过程中的风险识别问题。通过对战略管理基本理论、企业风险的分类与特征以及战略管理与风险管理的关联性的系统梳理，本研究构建了风险识别的理论基础。我们探讨了定性分析、定量分析、混合方法论以及案例方法等多种风险识别方法，并分析了它们在战略管理中的应用和局限性。研究发现，企业在战略管理过程中进行风险识别时存在识别范围不全面、识别方法单一、内部沟通不畅以及缺乏定期更新机制等问题。为解决这些问题，本研究提出了扩大识别范围、综合运用多种识别方法、加强内部沟通与协作以及建立定期更新机制等策略。本研究不仅有助于企业更全面地识别战略管理过程中的风险，而且为企业制定有效的风险应对策略提供了理论支持和实践指导。通过深入探索风险识别的方法和策略，本研究旨在为企业实现稳健、可持续的战略管理提供有力保障。

Abstract
This research is devoted to the in-depth analysis of risk identification in the process of enterprise strategic management. Through the systematic review of the basic theory of strategic management, the classification and characteristics of enterprise risks, and the correlation between strategic management and risk management, this study establishes the theoretical basis of risk identification. We discuss various risk identification methods such as qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, mixed methodology and case method, and analyze their application and limitation in strategic management. It is found that there are some problems in risk identification in the process of strategic management, such as incomplete identification scope, single identification method, poor internal communication and lack of regular update mechanism. In order to solve these problems, this study puts forward some strategies, such as expanding the scope of recognition, comprehensively applying multiple recognition methods, strengthening internal communication and cooperation, and establishing regular updating mechanism. This study not only helps enterprises to identify the risks in the process of strategic management, but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to formulate effective risk coping strategies. By deeply exploring the methods and strategies of risk identification, this study aims to provide a strong guarantee for enterprises to achieve robust and sustainable strategic management.

Abstract
