Abstract

This paper gives a comprehensive and thorough study on the development model of unmanned supermarkets from the new retail perspective. With the vigorous development of the new retail mode, unmanned supermarkets are increasingly concerned and favored by the market with their efficient and convenient characteristics. First, this paper clarifies the definition of unmanned supermarket, expounds its unique technical characteristics and the background of the rise in the new retail wave. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the technical system of unmanned supermarkets, including the application of cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, as well as its specific embodiment in the operation mode, such as self-service shopping, unattended, online and offline integration and community service and other modes. These models not only improve the shopping experience, but also promote the rapid development of the unmanned supermarket industry. The paper also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by unmanned supermarkets in the market, and puts forward specific optimization strategies for these problems, including technological innovation, operation mode innovation, the formulation of marketing strategy and the improvement of policies and regulations.
