区域水环境综合治理策略研究

摘  要

本文主要研究了区域水环境综合治理，介绍了区域水环境综合治理相关的理论概念，包括区域水环境综合治理、污染物排放标准和水环境质量标准等。其次，分析了区域水环境综合治理的现状，包括区域水环境质量现状分析、区域水环境污染源分析、区域水环境问题分析和区域水环境治理现状分析。提出了区域水环境综合治理的策略研究，包括区域水环境综合治理策略概述、区域水环境治理目标和指标体系构建、区域水环境规划与管理研究以及区域水环境综合治理技术研究等。在现代社会，水环境问题日益严重，需要进行综合治理。针对区域内的水环境问题，进行综合治理是一个行之有效的解决方案。通过对区域水环境综合治理相关的理论概念的介绍，为后续的研究提供了理论基础，同时，通过对区域水环境综合治理现状的分析，对目前的治理工作进行了客观的评估。在此基础上，本文又提出了区域水环境综合治理的策略研究，包括需要达成的治理目标和指标体系的构建，以及在治理过程中需要重点研究的技术和工具。

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the comprehensive treatment of regional water environment, and introduces the theoretical concepts related to the comprehensive treatment of regional water environment, including the comprehensive management of regional water environment, pollutant discharge standard and water environment quality standard. Secondly, the current situation of comprehensive regional water environment management is analyzed, including the analysis of regional water environment quality, regional water environment pollution sources, regional water environment problems and regional water environment governance. The strategy research of comprehensive regional water environment management is put forward, including overview of comprehensive regional water environment management strategy, construction of regional water environment governance ob jectives and index system, regional water environment planning and management research and comprehensive regional water environment treatment technology research, etc. In modern society, the water environment problem is becoming increasingly serious, requiring comprehensive treatment. For the water environment problems in the region, comprehensive treatment is an effective solution. Through the introduction of the theoretical concepts related to the comprehensive management of regional water environment, it provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent research, and, through the analysis of the current situation of the comprehensive management of regional water environment, the current governance work is ob jectively evaluated. On this basis, this paper also puts forward the strategy research of comprehensive regional water environment governance, including the construction of governance ob jectives and index system to be achieved, as well as the technologies and tools that need to be focused on in the process of governance.
