摘 要
本研究旨在探讨百度公司预算管理中预算波动对业绩稳定性的影响，并提出相应的应对对策。通过对百度公司的预算管理概述和预算波动对业绩稳定性的影响进行分析，研究发现预算波动会增加不确定性、经营风险和决策挑战，对业绩稳定性造成负面影响。针对这些问题，本研究提出了强化预算控制和监测、建立风险管理与预警机制以及加强绩效评估与调整等对策，以提高预算管理的效果，降低预算波动对业绩稳定性的影响。本研究对于百度公司及其他企业在预算管理方面具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of budget fluctuations on performance stability in the budget management of Baidu Inc., and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through an analysis of the budget management overview of Baidu Inc. and the effects of budget fluctuations on performance stability, it is found that budget fluctuations increase uncertainty, operational risks, and decision-making challenges, resulting in negative effects on performance stability. To address these issues, this study suggests strengthening budget control and monitoring, establishing risk management and early warning mechanisms, and enhancing performance evaluation and adjustments, in order to improve the effectiveness of budget management and mitigate the impact of budget fluctuations on performance stability. This research provides important insights for Baidu Inc. and other companies in budget management.
