本文综述了智能城市的定义、特点及其与5G通信技术的紧密关系。智能城市作为综合运用先进信息技术的城市形态,旨在提升城市管理效率和居民生活质量。5G通信技术,以其超高速度、超低时延和海量连接能力,成为智能城市建设的关键支撑。文章探讨了5G通信网络架构、技术标准、多接入技术与网络协同机制等关键技术,并分析了5G在智能交通系统、智能能源管理系统以及智能环境监测系统等关键应用领域中的实践。通过5G技术,智能交通系统能够实现车辆与基础设施的高效互联,智能能源管理系统能优化能源分配与利用,智能环境监测系统则能实时监测环境变化,为城市可持续发展提供数据支持。综上所述,5G通信技术在智能城市建设中发挥着至关重要的作用,推动了城市管理的智能化和居民生活质量的提升。

Abstract
This paper reviews the definition and characteristics of smart cities and their close relationship with 5G communication technology. As an urban form with a comprehensive use of advanced information technology, smart city aims to improve the efficiency of urban management and the quality of life of residents.5G communication technology, with its ultra-high speed, ultra-low latency and massive connectivity capabilities, has become a key support for smart city construction. This paper discusses the key technologies such as 5G communication network architecture, technical standards, multi-access technology and network collaboration mechanism, and analyzes the practice of 5G in the key application fields such as intelligent transportation system, intelligent energy management system and intelligent environment monitoring system. Through 5G technology, intelligent transportation system can realize efficient interconnection between vehicles and infrastructure, intelligent energy management system can optimize energy distribution and utilization, and intelligent environmental monitoring system can monitor environmental changes in real time, providing data support for sustainable development of cities. To sum up, 5G communication technology plays a vital role in the construction of smart cities, promoting the intelligence of urban management and the improvement of residents' quality of life.
