摘 要
随着物联网、大数据和人工智能等技术在酒店业的广泛应用,智慧酒店在提升客户体验的同时也带来了日益严峻的隐私泄露风险。如何在智能化服务与客户隐私保护之间实现有效平衡,成为行业可持续发展的关键问题。本研究旨在系统分析智慧酒店中客户隐私保护机制的构建路径,探索适应数字化环境的隐私治理模式。通过文献分析、案例研究与专家访谈相结合的方法,本文从法律规范、技术防护、管理流程及用户教育四个维度对现有隐私保护措施进行梳理,并基于动态博弈理论构建了酒店与客户之间的隐私决策模型。研究发现,当前智慧酒店普遍缺乏统一的隐私保护框架,数据收集边界模糊且透明度不足,导致客户信任度下降。为此,本文提出融合差分隐私算法与区块链技术的混合式隐私保护方案,实现了数据匿名化处理与可追溯性管理的双重目标。同时,设计基于用户偏好的动态授权机制,增强了客户对个人信息使用的控制权。实证研究表明,该机制在保障服务质量的前提下显著降低了隐私泄露概率。本研究不仅丰富了智慧酒店安全管理的理论体系,也为行业实践提供了可操作的技术路径与制度建议,具有较强的现实指导意义与推广价值。

Research on Customer Privacy Protection Mechanisms in Smart Hotels
Abstract: With the widespread application of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence in the hotel industry, smart hotels have brought about significant improvements in customer experience while also posing increasingly severe risks of privacy breaches. Achieving an effective balance between intelligent services and customer privacy protection has thus become a critical issue for the industry's sustainable development. This study aims to systematically analyze the pathways for constructing customer privacy protection mechanisms in smart hotels and explore privacy governance models adaptable to digital environments. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and expert interviews, this paper reviews existing privacy protection measures from four dimensions: legal regulations, technical safeguards, management processes, and user education, and further develops a privacy decision-making model between hotels and customers based on dynamic game theory. Findings reveal that smart hotels currently lack a unified privacy protection fr amework, with unclear boundaries in data collection and insufficient transparency, leading to declining customer trust. To address these issues, this study proposes a hybrid privacy protection scheme integrating differential privacy algorithms with blockchain technology, achieving both data anonymization and traceable management. Additionally, a dynamic authorization mechanism based on user preferences is designed to enhance customers' control over the use of their personal information. Empirical results demonstrate that this mechanism significantly reduces the probability of privacy leakage while ensuring service quality. This research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of security management in smart hotels but also offers practical technological solutions and institutional recommendations for industry practitioners, thereby holding strong relevance and applicability for real-world implementation.
