摘 要
随着建筑工业化进程的加快,装配式建筑逐渐成为现代建筑发展的主流方向,而预制构件的吊装施工作为其关键环节,直接影响整体施工效率与结构安全。本研究旨在系统分析装配式建筑预制构件吊装施工的技术要点,提出科学有效的质量控制措施。通过文献分析、案例研究与现场试验相结合的方法,对吊装工艺流程、常见问题及其成因进行深入探讨,并引入BIM技术优化吊装方案设计与施工模拟。研究结果表明,合理的吊点布置、精准的定位控制以及全过程的质量监管是确保吊装质量的核心要素。创新性地提出了基于BIM与物联网融合的动态质量监控模型,实现了吊装过程的可视化与数据化管理,显著提升了施工精度与安全性。本研究为提升装配式建筑吊装施工技术水平提供了理论支持与实践指导,对推动建筑工业化高质量发展具有积极意义。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of architectural industrialization, prefabricated construction has gradually become the mainstream direction of modern building development. The hoisting and installation of prefabricated components, as a key construction phase, directly affects overall construction efficiency and structural safety. This study aims to systematically analyze the technical aspects of hoisting operations in prefabricated construction and to propose scientifically effective quality control measures. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and on-site experiments, this research conducts an in-depth investigation into the hoisting process, common issues, and their underlying causes, while introducing BIM technology to optimize scheme design and construction simulation. Research findings indicate that reasonable lifting point arrangement, precise positioning control, and comprehensive quality supervision throughout the entire process are core elements in ensuring hoisting quality. Innovatively, a dynamic quality monitoring model integrating BIM and the Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed, achieving visualized and data-driven management of the hoisting process, thereby significantly enhancing construction accuracy and safety. This study provides both theoretical support and practical guidance for improving hoisting construction techniques in prefabricated buildings, contributing positively to the advancement of high-quality architectural industrialization.
