摘 要
芭蕾舞作为一门高度技巧性的表演艺术,其独特的足尖技术不仅是动作完成的基础,更深刻影响着舞蹈的艺术表现力。然而,当前关于芭蕾舞者足尖力学与艺术表现之间关系的研究仍较为匮乏。本研究旨在通过生物力学分析与艺术表现评估相结合的方法,探讨足尖受力特征如何影响舞者的表现质量。研究选取专业芭蕾舞者20名,在标准化动作执行过程中使用压力分布测量系统采集足尖力学数据,并由专业舞蹈评审对其艺术表现进行量化评分。通过相关性分析与回归模型构建,揭示足尖压力分布、接触时间、峰值力等参数与艺术表现评分之间的显著关联。研究发现,足尖力学的稳定性与动态控制能力对舞姿的流畅性与美感具有关键作用,尤其在旋转与跳跃动作中表现突出。本研究的创新点在于首次将生物力学参数与艺术表现进行系统整合,为芭蕾舞训练与损伤预防提供了新的理论依据和技术支持,也为舞蹈科学的发展作出了跨学科贡献。

Abstract
Ballet, as a highly technical performing art, relies on its unique toe technique not only as the foundation for movement execution but also as a profound influence on artistic ex pression. However, current research on the relationship between toe biomechanics and artistic performance in ballet remains limited. This study aims to explore how the mechanical characteristics of the toes affect performance quality by integrating biomechanical analysis with artistic evaluation. Twenty professional ballet dancers were recruited to participate in standardized movement tasks, during which plantar pressure data were collected using a pressure distribution measurement system. Concurrently, professional dance evaluators provided quantitative scores for artistic performance. Through correlation analysis and regression modeling, significant associations were identified between artistic performance scores and key parameters such as toe pressure distribution, contact time, and peak force. The findings reveal that the stability and dynamic control capacity of toe mechanics play a crucial role in the fluidity and aesthetic appeal of dance movements, particularly during turns and jumps. The innovation of this study lies in the systematic integration of biomechanical parameters with artistic ex pression, offering new theoretical foundations and technical support for ballet training and injury prevention, while contributing interdisciplinary insights to the development of dance science.
