摘 要
随着虚拟现实技术的快速发展,人机交互体验成为影响系统可用性与用户满意度的关键因素。本研究旨在通过系统分析虚拟现实环境中人机交互的核心要素,提出优化用户体验的有效策略。基于认知心理学与人因工程理论框架,本文构建了包含感知延迟、交互模态、空间映射与用户反馈四个维度的评估体系,并结合眼动追踪、动作捕捉与主观问卷等多源数据采集方法,对不同交互设计下的用户体验进行量化分析。研究引入了一种动态适应性交互机制,能够根据用户行为特征实时调整交互参数,从而提升沉浸感与操作流畅度。实验结果表明,该机制在任务完成时间、误操作率及主观满意度等关键指标上均显著优于传统固定参数交互方式。本研究不仅揭示了个体差异对交互效果的影响规律,还为虚拟现实系统的个性化适配提供了理论支持与实践指导,对于推动人机交互向更自然、智能的方向发展具有重要意义。

Analysis of Human-Computer Interaction Experience Optimization in Virtual Reality Environments
Abstract: With the rapid development of virtual reality technology, human-computer interaction experience has become a key factor influencing system usability and user satisfaction. This study aims to propose effective strategies for optimizing user experience by systematically analyzing the core elements of human-computer interaction in virtual reality environments. Based on a theoretical fr amework integrating cognitive psychology and human factors engineering, this paper constructs an evaluation system comprising four dimensions—perceptual latency, interaction modality, spatial mapping, and user feedback—and employs multi-source data collection methods, including eye-tracking, motion capture, and subjective questionnaires, to quantitatively analyze user experience under different interaction designs. The study introduces a dynamic adaptive interaction mechanism capable of adjusting interaction parameters in real time according to user behavioral characteristics, thereby enhancing immersion and operational fluency. Experimental results demonstrate that this mechanism significantly outperforms traditional fixed-parameter interaction approaches in key metrics such as task completion time, error rate, and subjective satisfaction. This research not only reveals the influence patterns of individual differences on interaction effectiveness but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for personalized adaptation in virtual reality systems, holding significant implications for advancing human-computer interaction toward a more natural and intelligent direction.
