摘 要
未成年人司法保护是社会治理现代化的重要组成部分，但传统司法体系难以完全满足未成年人特殊需求，社会工作介入成为优化司法保护的必要路径。本研究以法治化为核心视角，探讨社会工作在未成年人司法保护中的角色定位与实践模式，旨在构建系统化的法治路径。研究采用质性研究方法，通过深度访谈和案例分析，收集一线社会工作者、司法人员及未成年人群体的经验数据。研究表明，社会工作能够有效弥补司法程序中的人文关怀不足，促进未成年人权益保障与社会融入。创新点在于提出“法治框架下的社会工作嵌入模型”，明确了社会工作与司法体系的功能协同机制，并为相关政策制定提供了理论支持。研究结论强调，社会工作介入需以法律规范为基础，同时注重专业能力建设，从而实现未成年人司法保护的科学化与人性化目标。

Research on the Legal Pathways of Social Work Intervention in the Judicial Protection of Minors

Abstract：The protection of minors within the judicial system is a critical component of modernized social governance; however, traditional judicial systems often fall short in fully addressing the unique needs of minors, necessitating the involvement of social work as an essential approach to optimizing judicial protection. This study examines the role and practice model of social work in the judicial protection of minors from the core perspective of legalization, aiming to construct a systematic legal pathway. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and case analysis to gather experiential data from frontline social workers, judicial personnel, and minor populations. The findings indicate that social work can effectively address the lack of humanistic care in judicial procedures, thereby enhancing the protection of minors’ rights and their social integration. An innovative contribution of this study is the proposal of a "social work embedding model under a legal fr amework," which clarifies the functional synergy between social work and the judicial system while providing theoretical support for relevant policy formulation. The conclusion emphasizes that the integration of social work should be grounded in legal norms and accompanied by a focus on professional capacity building, thus achieving the scientific and humane ob jectives of judicial protection for minors.
