随着城市化进程的加速,居住区景观设计面临日益严峻的生态压力与可持续发展挑战,如何在满足人类居住需求的同时保护生态环境成为研究的重要议题本研究以居住区景观设计中的生态与可持续性为核心,旨在探索科学的设计策略和方法以应对当前环境问题研究通过文献分析、案例研究及实地调研相结合的方式,系统梳理了国内外相关理论与实践经验,并提出了基于生态优先原则的景观设计框架该框架强调生物多样性保护、资源循环利用以及居民健康福祉的综合平衡研究发现,通过优化绿地布局、引入雨水管理系统和采用本地植物配置等措施,可以显著提升居住区的生态功能和服务价值此外,研究还开发了一套适用于居住区景观评价的指标体系,为实际项目提供了可量化的评估工具研究表明,生态与可持续性理念的融入不仅能够改善居住环境质量,还能增强社区的韧性和居民的生活满意度本研究的创新点在于将生态系统服务理论与具体设计实践相结合,为居住区景观设计提供了理论支撑和技术路径,对推动城市人居环境的可持续发展具有重要参考价值

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, residential area landscape design is facing increasingly severe ecological pressures and sustainability challenges. Balancing human habitation needs with ecological protection has become a critical research topic. This study focuses on the integration of ecology and sustainability in residential landscape design, aiming to explore scientific strategies and methods to address current environmental issues. By combining literature analysis, case studies, and field surveys, the study systematically reviews relevant theories and practical experiences both domestically and internationally, proposing a landscape design fr amework prioritizing ecological principles. This fr amework emphasizes the comprehensive balance of biodiversity conservation, resource recycling, and residents' health and well-being. The research findings indicate that optimizing green space layouts, implementing rainwater management systems, and adopting native plant configurations can significantly enhance the ecological functions and service values of residential areas. Furthermore, the study develops an evaluation index system tailored for residential landscape assessment, providing a quantifiable tool for practical projects. The study demonstrates that incorporating ecological and sustainability concepts not only improves the quality of living environments but also enhances community resilience and resident satisfaction. The innovation of this research lies in its combination of ecosystem service theory with specific design practices, offering theoretical support and technical pathways for residential landscape design. This contributes significantly to the sustainable development of urban living environments.
