摘 要
随着全球化竞争的加剧和市场环境的快速变化,企业文化作为组织软实力的核心要素,对组织绩效的影响日益受到关注本研究以中国企业为研究对象,基于文化价值观与组织行为理论,探讨企业文化类型及其对组织绩效的作用机制研究采用问卷调查法,选取268家企业的中高层管理者作为样本,运用因子分析、回归分析等统计方法进行实证检验结果表明,创新型文化和支持型文化对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,而权力型文化则表现出一定的负向作用此外,研究发现领导风格在企业文化与组织绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用,进一步揭示了文化效能的传导路径本研究的创新点在于将企业文化维度细化并与本土管理情境相结合,同时引入领导风格作为关键变量,丰富了现有理论框架研究结论为企业文化建设提供了实践指导,强调应根据战略目标优化文化导向,从而提升组织竞争力和可持续发展能力

Abstract
With the intensification of global competition and the rapid changes in market environments, corporate culture, as a core element of organizational soft power, has increasingly drawn attention for its impact on organizational performance. This study focuses on Chinese enterprises as research subjects and explores the types of corporate culture and their mechanisms of influence on organizational performance based on cultural values and organizational behavior theories. By employing a questionnaire survey method, this study selects middle-to-upper-level managers from 268 enterprises as samples and uses statistical methods such as factor analysis and regression analysis for empirical testing. The results indicate that innovative culture and supportive culture have significant positive effects on enterprise performance, whereas power-oriented culture exhibits a certain degree of negative influence. Additionally, the study finds that leadership style partially mediates the relationship between corporate culture and organizational performance, further revealing the transmission pathways of cultural efficacy. The innovation of this study lies in refining the dimensions of corporate culture and integrating them with local management contexts while introducing leadership style as a key variable, thereby enriching the existing theoretical fr amework. The conclusions provide practical guidance for corporate culture construction, emphasizing the need to optimize cultural orientation according to strategic goals to enhance organizational competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
