摘 要
在全球化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，供应链管理优化已成为提升企业绩效的重要手段。本研究旨在探讨供应链管理优化与企业绩效之间的关系，并分析其作用机制。通过系统文献回顾与理论构建，本文选取了供应链协同、信息共享和技术应用作为关键影响因素，采用问卷调查法收集了来自制造业企业的300份有效样本数据，并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明，供应链协同和信息共享对运营效率和客户满意度具有显著正向影响，而技术应用则在提升供应链灵活性方面发挥了重要作用。此外，供应链管理优化对企业绩效的促进作用受到行业特性和外部环境的调节效应。本研究的创新点在于将技术应用纳入分析框架，并揭示了其在供应链管理优化中的独特贡献。同时，研究为企业提供了实践指导，强调了协同合作与数字化转型的重要性，为推动企业绩效提升提供了理论依据和实践路径。

Abstract
In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, supply chain management optimization has become a critical approach to enhancing corporate performance. This study aims to explore the relationship between supply chain management optimization and corporate performance, as well as to analyze its underlying mechanisms. Through a systematic literature review and theoretical fr amework construction, this paper identifies supply chain collaboration, information sharing, and technology application as key influencing factors. A questionnaire survey method was employed to collect 300 valid sample data from manufacturing enterprises, and structural equation modeling was used for empirical analysis. The results indicate that supply chain collaboration and information sharing have significant positive effects on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, while technology application plays an essential role in enhancing supply chain flexibility. Furthermore, the promotion effect of supply chain management optimization on corporate performance is moderated by industry characteristics and external environmental factors. The novelty of this research lies in incorporating technology application into the analytical fr amework and revealing its unique contribution to supply chain management optimization. Simultaneously, this study provides practical guidance for enterprises, emphasizing the importance of collaborative cooperation and digital transformation, thereby offering both theoretical support and practical pathways for improving corporate performance.
