摘要
电子商务的快速发展显著改变了传统商业模式,同时也对物流配送体系提出了更高要求。作为物流链条中的关键环节,“最后一公里”配送直接影响用户体验和企业运营效率,其成本高、效率低及服务质量不稳定等问题日益凸显。本研究以优化电子商务物流的最后一公里配送为目标,综合运用文献分析、案例研究与实证调查等方法,深入探讨了当前配送模式存在的问题及其成因,并提出针对性解决方案。研究发现,现有模式在技术应用、资源整合及服务创新方面存在不足,而通过引入智能配送技术、构建共享配送网络以及完善政策支持体系,能够有效提升配送效率并降低运营成本。本研究的创新点在于结合大数据与人工智能技术,提出了一种动态优化的配送路径规划模型,并验证了其在实际场景中的可行性与优越性。此外,研究还强调了多方协作的重要性,为政府、企业和消费者共同参与物流体系建设提供了理论依据与实践指导,从而为推动电子商务物流的可持续发展做出了重要贡献。

Abstract
The rapid development of e-commerce has significantly transformed traditional business models and simultaneously imposed higher demands on logistics and delivery systems. As a critical component of the logistics chain, "the last mile" delivery directly impacts user experience and corporate operational efficiency, with issues such as high costs, low efficiency, and unstable service quality becoming increasingly prominent. This study aims to optimize the last-mile delivery in e-commerce logistics by comprehensively employing literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations to explore the existing problems and their underlying causes in current delivery models, while proposing targeted solutions. The findings reveal deficiencies in technology application, resource integration, and service innovation within existing models. By introducing intelligent delivery technologies, establishing shared delivery networks, and enhancing policy support systems, the efficiency of delivery can be effectively improved, and operational costs can be reduced. A key innovation of this research lies in the integration of big data and artificial intelligence technologies to propose a dynamically optimized delivery route planning model, whose feasibility and superiority have been validated in practical scenarios. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of multi-party collaboration, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for the joint participation of governments, enterprises, and consumers in the construction of logistics systems, thereby making significant contributions to the sustainable development of e-commerce logistics.
