摘要
癌症作为全球性公共卫生问题，对患者的心理健康造成深远影响，而社会工作服务在心理支持中的作用日益受到关注。本研究旨在设计一套针对癌症患者心理支持的社会工作服务方案，以提升其心理健康水平和生活质量。研究基于生态系统理论与优势视角理论，结合定性与定量方法，通过深度访谈、问卷调查及文献分析，系统梳理癌症患者的心理需求和社会支持现状，并据此构建服务框架。研究选取某三甲医院肿瘤科120名患者为样本，运用干预实验法验证方案的可行性和有效性。结果显示，该方案显著改善了患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，增强了其社会适应能力和心理韧性。创新点在于将社会工作专业方法与医疗实践深度融合，提出“个体-家庭-社区”三位一体的支持模式，同时开发数字化心理健康管理工具，以满足患者多样化需求。本研究为癌症患者心理支持体系的完善提供了新思路，也为社会工作在医疗领域的应用拓展了路径。

Abstract
Cancer, as a global public health issue, has profound implications for patients' mental health, and the role of social work services in psychological support is gaining increasing attention. This study aims to design a social work service program tailored for psychological support of cancer patients to enhance their mental well-being and quality of life. Grounded in ecological systems theory and strengths perspective theory, the research integrates qualitative and quantitative methods, employing in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys, and literature analysis to systematically examine the psychological needs and social support status of cancer patients. A service fr amework was then constructed based on these findings. The study selected 120 patients from the oncology department of a tertiary hospital as the sample and utilized an intervention experimental method to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the program. Results indicate that the program significantly alleviated negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, while enhancing patients' social adaptability and psychological resilience. An innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of professional social work methods with medical practice, proposing a tripartite support model encompassing "individual-family-community." Additionally, a digital mental health management tool was developed to meet the diverse needs of patients. This research provides new insights into improving the psychological support system for cancer patients and expands the application pathways of social work in the medical field.
